I am a doctoral candidate in Developmental and Psychological Sciences at Stanford University. My core research examines how psychological insights can be translated into interventions that improve people's experiences and outcomes in the workplace.

I am also interested in what psychology can learn through closer engagement with other fields. New technologies and changing institutional practices offer more than new settings in which to apply existing ideas; they can also change the questions psychologists need to ask.

How does psychological change become organizational change?

I study when and how wise interventions help employees draw on psychological resources during periods of transition and strain. I also examine how these interventions can be integrated with organizational practices to support lasting improvements in performance and well-being.
